Weekend Rental Rates:
Friday - Sunday rental $1300.00 plus tax
Thursday - Sunday rental $1500.00 plus tax
Not looking for a weekend rental...we can also accommodate weekly rentals and mid-week rentals. Please contact us directly for pricing on anything other than weekend rental rates.
We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. (Due to Covid-19 restrictions).
Rates are subject to change without notice. We accept cash or personal check. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards.
Check-in is 10:00 am and Check-out is 4:00 p.m.

Deposits: A non-refundable $250.00 group deposit, that will be applied to your total amount due, is required 90 days prior to your stay. Final payment is due 15 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations: If cancellations are made less than 90 days from arrival date the $250 deposit will not be refunded. If cancellations are made 15 days or less from arrival date only 50% of final payment will be refunded. Full refunds will only be given when A Picture Perfect Place cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances and no other arrangements can be made.
Parking: Parking is limited so carpooling will be GREATLY appreciated. Parking allowed in front driveway ONLY.
Privacy Policy: A Picture Perfect Place, LLC will not sell or share any personal information our guests share with us with any unrelated third party. Any information our guests share with us will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be used in anyway that you have not consented to.
Additional Policies: We are a non-smoking facility and no pets are allowed. We are not responsible for items lost, left or stolen. We are not responsible for any injury or accident. The use of this facility, as well as the swimming pool and hot tub is at user’s own risk. No alcohol will be allowed in pool/hot tub area.
