Rates & Reservations:  (effective as of January 2010)

The rental fee is $1200.00 per weekend (plus Tax).  The weekend rental allows you to arrive on Friday and stay until Sunday.  Please contact us for pricing on additional days.  All retreat weekends are un-hosted, meaning Amy & Kaycee will not be there with you.

We can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. 

Rates are subject to change without notice.  We accept cash or personal check.  Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards.

Deposits:  A non-refundable $250.00 group deposit is required 90 days prior to your stay.  Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival date.

Refunds:  Refunds will only be given when A Picture Perfect Place cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances and no other arrangements can be made.

Parking:  Parking is limited so carpooling will be GREATLY appreciated.  Please park in front driveway ONLY.

Privacy Policy:  A Picture Perfect Place will not sell or share any personal information our guests share with us with any unrelated third party.  Any information our guests share with us will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be used in anyway that you have not consented to.

Additional Policies: We are a non-smoking facility and no pets are allowed (there is plenty of wildlife for you to enjoy – deer, elk, coyotes & an occasional Bobcat).  Alcohol is allowed, but not provided.  Please drink responsibly.  We are not responsible for items lost, left or stolen.  We are not responsible for any injury or accident.  The use of this facility, as well as the swimming pool or hot tub is at user’s own risk.  No alcohol will be allowed in pool/hot tub area.  No life guard on duty.
